A very sublime image. The composition works as do the colours. The bottom left corner could use a bit more details, in my view. The shadows could perhaps be opened up a bit to give the image a bit more lift.

Regardless, well done!

I thought about that as well, but in the end decided to leave it like it was while I was there standing in the water. Cheers!

The important thing is that you thought about it and made a deliberate decision. It is a stunning piece of work!

Gorgeous. I love the texture of the water, the colours are beautiful and the composition is great too.
The only negative I have is that the side of the rocks facing the camera are really dark - I would have liked to see a little more detail - but that's just me, and it's a minor detail.

Stunning shot. =)

I thought about lightening up that area, but I decided to leave it as it was while I was standing there in the water. Cheers!

Wow! Nice shot!
May I ask what camera body + lens you used?

You could, but I may not be able to answer your question fully haha.
Shot with a D300s body, and possibly the Tokina 11-16mm
Thanks!

Tokina 11-16mm!
I was planning on getting the lens past month or so...
I have seen so many good pics (including this one) done with the Tokina :)
Thank you and nice shot (again)
